I LIKE CATFISH,,,, BUT NOT IN THE WATER'S I FISH,,,YOU KNOW IT'S BAD WHEN THEY TELL HOW MANY FISH YOU CAN EAT IN A MONTH WITHOUT GETTING SICK.   DANG SHAME THE WATER IS FULL OF JUNK AND WHEN I SAY JUNK ,, I DON'T MEAN LIKE IN A JUNK YARD

For me personally it's gotta be the Crappie! They're just a great sweet white fish that tastes just as good at the last bite as it did at the first! Then it'd be perch followed by walleye, then pike, then smallies and one that's not listed since it's more of a saltwater fish than anything is the Stripers! LOVE them too.

I have to go with EYES. The ones from Northern Cold water, I Hate Northerns, release all. Here in Tennessee, Crappies and Gills are second best, love em too.
